Who can participate?
All students in kindergarten and 1st  grade who attend public, private, parochial schools, Sunday
schools, are home schooled, or members of any youth organization, are eligible to enter.

Contest rules:
•        Flag template may be colored using markers or crayons.
•        Questions must be answered.
•        Entries must use the template provided or copies of the template, including both sides.
•        All national entries must be postmarked by July 1. Local and state deadlines may vary

All entries must be postmarked by March 15,2013.
